St. Clement's Parish Picnic Service

St. Clement's Church will be holding their first annual parish picnic on Sunday, September 25th and they have asked for the troop's help with the set up, running and clean up of the event.

Help will be needed on both Saturday, September 24th & Sunday September 25th.

On September 24th from 10 am to Noon, we will be setting up the tents, tables and chairs.

On September 25th help will be needed from 11am to 6pm with help distributing food, cleaning up, and assisting in running various activities during the day.

Any help from scouts or families would be greatly appreciated. This is an excellent opportunity to to not only perform some community service, but have a great time too. If you would like to volunteer, please sign up on the website.

The church has asked that the scout volunteers wear their blue "shark attack" shirt to the picnic.
